This 28 stories high rise tower contains 51 residential units. Located at corner of an open space over 3,000 sqm, the main facade is oriented at relatively 45 degree to the street. The loft unit with panorama urban view is emphasized by a large curtain on the top. The facade is dominated by a checkered balcony arrangement which is also lighted at night to reveal its urban identity. Piano-key-like structure, which is attached to the podium and located back yard of the lot, houses a owner-run gym with swimming pool.

這座28層的高層建築包含51個住宅單元。基地位於3,000平方公尺的開放空間公園的角隅上，因此建築物以相對於街道以45度角配置，以享有最佳的視野。閣樓單元位於建築物頂端而享有全景視野，因此立面以大片玻璃帷幕凸顯立面效果。立面以交錯佈置的陽台為視覺主軸，夜間也將陽台點亮而強調建築在不同時段的自明性。鋼琴琴鍵狀的結構依附在基地後院的裙樓邊，是一個包含健身房與游泳池的社區公設空間。
